The terrarium should have the standards 30x40x40 and be filled with at least 10cm of ground. Haplopelma lividum is a nocturnal species which needs many hiding- places, for example pieces of corc and roots. This spider is rather currish so you already should have experiences with spiders before purchasing Hapopelma lividum.
