Agama agama lionotus is a
subspecies of Agama agama short description: During struggle-low
males, females and young animals are brownishly to to grey colored,
have the dominating males steel-blue bodies and a red or yellow head.
These lizards are fully grown upon attaining a length of about 20cm. The males have a flat dorsal ridge and orange lateral membranes (?patagia?). Their throat fans (?gular flags?) are also orange.
